Order Processing

Your order is important to us! We will make every effort to ensure that your order is processed upon receipt and immediately shipped. At MTC the customer is number one!

All orders received prior to 12:00PM, CST will be processed on the day of receipt, and shipped within 24 hours.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground service from our Dallas, Texas warehouse unless otherwise noted or requested. UPS ground shipments usually arrive within 1 - 5 days from exiting our facility. Merchandise can be shipped via air, next day or priority delivery.

Your order shipment, if shipped via UPS can be tracked by referencing the tracking number @ups.com

Payment Terms

Credit Cards

We accept the following credit cards for payment: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover. A 3% processing fee will be assessed on all American Express transactions.

COD

Orders can be placed COD: cash, cashiers-check, money-order or company check, company checks will require prior credit approval.

CIT Factoring

Factoring – lines of credit are available for customer purchases, contingent upon approval.

Net Terms

Net terms, in-house credit is available to customers that have had an account in good standing for more than 6 months, along with a satisfactory credit history.
